A new exhibit explores the impact of the Sept. 11 attacks on New York City's immigrant communities.
"Renewing our American Dream after 9/11" opened Thursday. It's at the Tribute WTC Visitors Center, across the street from ground zero in Lower Manhattan.
The exhibit focuses on 12 people, from cleanup workers to community activists to families of victims. The people in the show talk about the impact of the attacks on their communities and how their communities responded.
The exhibit also includes oral histories and World Trade Center artifacts.
It will be open through October.
