9/11 Anniversary Events In New York City
NEW YORK (CBS) ―
September 11, 2009 marks the eighth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on America. It also marks the first year that 9/11 will be recognized as a National Day of Service and Remembrance, an act signed into legislation by President Obama in April.

Coverage of this event will be aired live on CBS 2 HD beginning at 8 a.m., and will be streamed live on WCBSTV.com as well.
