A fire official said early Monday the blaze on Findlay Avenue was declared under control shortly after midnight, three hours after the first call. Forty-five people were left homeless by the fire that broke out just after 9:20 p.m. More than 200 firefighters responded to the fire. Fire marshals will investigate the cause of the blaze.

Overall, the number of reported hate crimes increased about 2 percent.
These same figures show a nearly 11 percent increase in hate crimes
based on sexual orientation, and a nearly 9 percent increase in hate
crimes based on religion.

And now, reports "Early Show" Consumer Correspondent Susan Koeppen, there is a major push to ban those types of cribs. Tyler Jonathan was only 10 months old when he died in the very place his mother, Michele Witte, thought he'd be safe - his crib, Koeppen says.

had been expecting a 1.4 percent increase in sales. Stocks had
been rising sharply prior to the report as the dollar weakened. The
falling dollar is boosting commodities prices and energy and material
stocks. A weaker dollar makes commodities cheaper for foreign buyers.<br />
