He also anchored CBS MONEYWATCH financial reports for the "CBS MORNING NEWS," CBS NEWS "UP TO THE MINUTE" and network affiliates across the country.

As a correspondent for CBS NEWSPATH, Rapoport provided round-the-clock coverage of New York City's Blackout of 2003, reporting for 16 straight hours for the Network and its affiliates. Scott also traveled to Iraq for a series of post-war reports on the people of Iraq. In addition, his investigation into the case of Joyce Ann Brown, a wrongfully convicted woman, led to her release from prison after having served more than 10 years.

Scott received a prestigious Genesis Award for his investigation into the slaughter of walruses for their ivory. In a series of unique "Inside America" reports, Scott traveled the blue highways and byways of America in a Winnebago for months to file award-winning homespun stories on the people and places in America's heartland.

Before going national, Scott worked at WTVT-TV in Tampa and WCPO-TV in Cincinnati as a reporter and anchor, earning Emmy awards in each market along the way. He is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism. Scott resides in Manhattan.
