Debris Closes Hutchinson River Parkway Southbound

Southbound Hutchinson River Parkway Lanes Shut Down At Westchester Avenue

NEW YORK (CBS) ― All Hutchinson River Parkway southbound lanes at Westchester Avenue are closed after debris was reported scattered all over the highway, CBS 2 HD has learned. 

Initial reports are that a truck may have struck the overpass.

The incident occurred around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

The Department of Transportation is inspecting the overpass to determine if that is the source of the debris.
