NEW YORK (CBS) ―
The eastbound lane on Interstate 80 in Hope is backed up for miles Thursday morning after an accident involving a tractor-trailer, a fire truck and two State Trooper Patrol cars.
Police say the four New Jersey State troopers went out to exit 12 to investigate another minor accident caused by black ice, when the tractor-trailer plowed into their scene.
Officials say the tractor-trailer driver suffered only minor injuries.
