Have you seen this man? If so, call the cops because he's wanted for allegedly exposing himself on a NYC subway car.

Police have arrested a man caught on camera allegedly fondling himself on a subway train last week.
Authorities say they caught 34-year-old Kevin Bishop on Thursday afternoon at 163rd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights.
A woman told police that Bishop sat down across from her on a 3-train last Friday afternoon and began his lewd act. She managed to snap a picture of him with her camera phone.
The man left at the 96th Street station. The woman went -- with her picture -- to the 32nd Precinct at 132nd Street, but apparently was told by an officer it wasn't a police matter. The uniformed officer suggested she call 311.
That response didn't sit well with the NYPD. Its Internal Affairs Bureau is also investigating an officer who originally told the woman the case was not a police matter.
Ironically, this all happened one year into a poster campaign by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority that tells women if they've been sexually harassed -- to call a cop.
In a statement, a transit spokesman said, "We are confident that police officers take these complaints seriously when alerted to by customers, and that the response of these particular officers as disclosed by the department is an aberration."
Detectives told CBS 2 HD that the picture is one of the best photos from a cell phone camera they've ever had to work with.
