Green Expert Recommends Eco-Friendly Gifts

Snow says going green is more about simplicity and all the things we can do without.

In the latest installment "The Perfect
Gift" series it's a look at eco-friendly gifts of all kinds with TV
host and green lifestyle expert
Sara Snow.
Snow grew up "green," her father (Tim Redmond) was actually a
pioneer in the green movement, so it is the only lifestyle she knows.
She says going green is more about simplicity and all the things we
can do without. Living with a consciousness of the world around you and
respecting the things around you.
Snow offers two important tips to have a "green" holiday:
- When it comes to a real tree vs. an artificial one, please buy the real one -- it's so much better for the environment.
- Reconsider the gift wrapping and save paper.
