'Entourage' A Hit At Arts & Leisure Weekend

NEW YORK (CBS) ― After just two seasons on HBO, Entourage has turned into a "must watch" for thousands of devoted fans. In fact, it's nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Television Series, Comedy or Musical.

Mark Wahlberg is the Executive Producer of a show that follows young Hollywood star Vincent Chase and his entourage. They all grew up with him in Queens: his manager Eric, half-brother Johnny Drama, and a friend who's known as Turtle.

HBO bills the show as one that draws on the experiences of industry insiders to illustrate both the heady excesses of today's celebrity lifestyle, as well as the difficulty of finding love and success in the fast track of show biz. Now that the boys are getting used to the perks of stardom, Eric, along with super-agent Ari, keep Vince's star rising while making sound decisions for a long-lasting career in a world of fleeting fame.

Adrian Grenier stars as Vincent Chase. Kevin Connolly is Eric, the boyhood buddy who's learning how to be a Hollywood manager on the fly. Kevin Dillon plays Vince's half-brother Drama, an actor yearning for the kind of success his little brother is having. Turtle is played by Jerry Ferrara as a kind of valet who's always game for a good time, legal or not.

The man who often steals the show is Jeremy Piven, who plays Vincent's agent, Ari Gold. His quick wit is legendary, and Piven is nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.

The stars and creators of Entourage were a big hit at the Arts & Leisure Weekend, talking about the show, and answering questions from eager audience members.
