Entertainment: Mischa Barton, Kate Moss & Oprah

NEW YORK (CBS) ―
Deal: Actress Mischa Barton has reportedly struck a plea deal in her drunk-driving case with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
The former The O.C. star was arrested in December in West Hollywood, when cops spotted her SUV straddling two lanes. In February she was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and driving without a license.
But Barton will plead no contest to DUI at her arraignment in a Beverly Hills, California court on April 10, and will, in return, serve a three-year unsupervised probation term.
The 22-year-old will also be fined $1,700 and face a three-month alcohol-education class.
Best Dressed: Glamour Magazine is honoring British Supermodel Kate Moss for her sense of style, putting her on top of its 2008 Best Dressed list.
Glamour's editors claim Moss is back with a vengeance, claiming she has a "maverick approach to fashion" which they say inspires other women to be a little more "daring and experimental."
Actresses Sienna Miller, Scarlett Johansson, Rachel Bilson and Jennifer Aniston round out the top five.
Britney Spears topped the magazines "Worst Dressed List."
Oprah On Top: Parade Magazine has named chat-fest Queen Oprah Winfrey the richest celebrity in its annual "What People Earn List."
The Sunday newspaper supplement looks at the yearly wages of a cross section of Americans.
With $260 Million Oprah came in at number one.
Interesting tidbit, the entertainers on the list earned 100 times more than regular folks.
