Tony's Columbus Day Sausage & Peppers

NEW YORK (CBS) ―

Ingredients:

One Hot and One Mild Sausage

Two Red and Green Bell Peppers

One Yellow Onions

Two cloves of Garlic

¼ Cup of Olive Oil

One Italian Roll

Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

In a pan sauté the onions, peppers, garlic and olive oil until carmelized.  At the same time, in another pan or on a grill, cook sausages  about ¾ of the way through.  Then add the sausage to pan with other ingredients cook for about ten more minutes or until sausage are cooked through.  Serve on a roll or hero of choice.
