It is called the "mother drug"; the magical potion that can greatly increase your health, well-being and mood. Yet most of us can't or just don't get enough. How much sleep do you really need? While it can vary from person to person, there is one blanket answer. "The answer is 7 to 8 hours of sleep. You are not supposed to get more or less," said Deputy Health Director at Self Magazine, Carin Gorrell.
