A major storm bearing down on the tri-state threatens to snarl travel and stretch the patience of residents who are still digging out from the weekend's major storm. New York City residents were mostly spared from the blizzard-like conditions that paralyzed Washington D.C, Baltimore, Philadelphia and most of New Jersey on Saturday, but as CBS 2's John Elliott is telling us, the Big Apple won't be so lucky this time tomorrow. A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for most of the CBS 2 HD viewing area in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York, including all five boroughs of New York City, from midnight Tuesday through 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
