Three Mets fans are facing charges that they tried to steal souvenirs during the team's last home opener at Shea Stadium.
Two of the men are accused of smashing a seat and trying to smuggle the pieces out of the park under their shirts.
Another man was arrested for stealing bunting off a wall in right field. He was grabbed by security guards who spotted him stuffing the loot under his coat.
All three men face charges of larceny and possession of stolen property.
The Tuesday game was the last opener for the Mets at Shea. They are moving to a new stadium next year.
