A man found dead in a Bronx apartment building hallway may have been shot.

Authorities said they have found a man dead in a hallway amid a fire in a Bronx apartment building, and it's possible he may have been shot.
They said it's not yet clear how he died or how the fire started.
Police said the man's body was found on the first floor, where the fire was reported shortly before midnight Saturday.
The building is on Adee Avenue, near the Baychester neighborhood. Firefighters had the blaze under control before 1 a.m.
Fire marshals and police are investigating.
