Woman Found Dead In Brooklyn Apartment

Cause Of Death Unknown

A woman was found dead in a Brooklyn apartment early today after police received a call reporting a foul odor. The victim, in her 30s, was discovered when police responded to the call at about 3 a.m. Saturday.

They found the woman lying on the floor of the apartment on Suffolk Street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.

The cause of death is under investigation.

The woman's name is not being released pending notification of her family.
