Buffalo Man Dies After Crashing SUV Into Building

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) ― A 23-year-old man who crashed his SUV into a building in Buffalo has died.

Timothy Borden, of Buffalo, died from his injuries in Erie County Medical Center.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.

Borden had been listed in critical condition after the crash early Saturday on Jefferson Street, about a block from a Fire Department station house.

Firefighters heard the crash and rushed to the scene to help Borden, who was alone in his 2008 Chevrolet Blazer.

The cause remains under investigation.
