Man Charged In Death Of N.J. Firefighter
TRENTON (AP) ―
Authorities have arrested a 22-year-old man in the beating death of a Hazlet volunteer firefighter.
Police said Tyrone Price faces first degree murder charges in the killing of 45-year-old Kevin Martin, who was found dead in the driveway of his house in Holmdel on Friday.
Authorities told the Asbury Park Press that Price was tracked down and arrested Saturday in Philadelphia, where bail was set at $1 million. His last known address was the a motel in Eatontown.
Neighbors told the newspaper that Price was an electrical contractor and member of the Hazlet Volunteer Fire Department for about 15 years.
