More than 200 firefighters are trying to reign in a raging four-alarm blaze that has engulfed at least four houses in the Bronx.
A fire official says that Sunday's blaze on Findlay Avenue is so advanced that all firefighters have been pulled out of the buildings and are combating the flames from outside.
The official says at least one civilian was hurt. But the person's injuries don't appear to be life-threatening.
Fire marshals will investigate the cause of the blaze, which was called in about 9:20 p.m.
The officials says the fire started in one house and spread to adjacent buildings.
