Suspects Charged In Harlem Manslaughter Case

NEW YORK (CBS) ― A building super and two harlem tenants were charged with manslaughter after a Brooklyn man was found dead in their apartment building.

Police said they found 33-year-old Shamod Murray tied up and unconscious inside a Lenox Avenue building.

A 911 call was placed to police with a report of a man trespassing.

Police believe the confrontation happened after that call and before they arrived on scene
