NYC Cop Stops GPS Thefts In Their Tracks
He was on the job before he even got to the job.
A police officer hurrying to his precinct last week saw three men breaking into a car in a Brooklyn neighborhood that had suffered a spate of vehicle thefts. When they were taken into custody, they had tools including screwdrivers and hammers.
Residents of the neighborhood said a number of cars had been broken into, and global positioning system devices had been stolen.
