A prominent Manhattan psychologist is in danger of losing his medical license and his freedom.

Doctor Robert Reiner is being accused of secretly videotaping his patients in the restroom.

According to prosecutors, Reiner hid a video camera in the bathroom of his Upper East Side office.

A male client discovered the camera last Thursday.

Reiner is being charged with unlawful surveillance. If convicted, he faces one to four years in prison.
