NEW YORK (AP) ― The meltdown on Wall Street is extending into the worlds of sports and entertainment.

Teams, venues and arenas have received millions of dollars from banks in return for splashing their names across their buildings.

The Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden and the WaMu Theater in Seattle are among the venues with names facing an uncertain future.
