The Westchester Health Commissioner has reversed his decision to shut down the Rye Country Day School for two weeks despite two students confirmed to have the swine flu, CBS 2 has confirmed. Commissioner Joshua Lipsman says the school will open on time Wednesday with all regularly-scheduled activities.
Lipsman says he reversed his decision because of reports that the strain of swine flu that's affected New York is no more dangerous than seasonal flu.
The number of confirmed swine flu cases in New York state rose to 91 on Tuesday, with 73 cases in New York City.
