The spokesman for Afghanistan's president suggested that Pakistan's intelligence agency is being behind the bombing of the Indian Embassy in Kabul.
Humayun Hamidzada, spokesman for President Hamid Karzai, says the attack "has the hallmarks of a particular agency that has conducted similar attacks inside Afghanistan."
Hamidzada did not name Pakistan's intelligence agency but told reporters Tuesday that the name is "pretty obvious."
Monday's bombing tore open the front gates of the Indian Embassy, killing 41 people and wounding some 150.
