Woman Found Stabbed To Death In Chelsea

NEW YORK (CBS) ― Detectives in Manhattan are investigating the stabbing death of a 60-year-old woman in Chelsea.

The victim was found murdered in her fourth floor apartment. According to police, her boyfriend came home to their apartment around 11 p.m. Sunday, found her and called 911, but it was too late.

Investigators are unclear exactly what time she was killed, but police say she was stabbed numerous times.

There is one surveillance camera to the Eighth Avenue entrance of the victim's apartment building. The doorman said "You have to be called in. If you have a guest, you have to be called in."

No arrests have been made.
