Rio To Host 2016 Olympics; Chicago Spurned

Rio de Janeiro won the bid for the 2016 Olympic Games. Chicago did not get through the first ballot of voting to host the 2016 Olympics Games. Not even the presence of President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama, nor a long list of celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, was enough.
