Rescued Chihuahuas Find Loving Homes In NYC

It's adoption day for the chihuahuas who flew all the way from California to New York. Tina, Annie, Bebop and a dozen other chihuahuas all waited anxiously at the ASPCA as nearly 100 dog lovers lined up down the block, praying they'd be one of the lucky ones. Lorris Thompson waited nearly five hours in the cold and couldn't believe shelters in California were overrun with the dogs. "And here people in New York are dying to have a chihuahua, dying to have a small dog," she said.
