Corzine: Obama Is A Good Listener On Economy
TRENTON (AP) ―
New Jersey Gov. Jon S. Corzine says Barack Obama is willing to consider many viewpoints on what to do about the economy.
Corzine was one of several economic experts to meet with the Democratic presidential candidate at a closed-door summit in Washington on Monday.
Speaking on CNBC's "Squawk Box" Tuesday, Corzine said he was impressed with the way Obama handled the meeting.
Corzine says the advisers, who include business leaders and policy experts, believe there's a risk that the economy will get worse.
Corzine supported Hillary Clinton in the presidential primaries.
