From cards and candy to dinner and a dozen roses the most romantic day of the year can be one of the most expensive. But it doesn't have to be -- if you know some simple Valentine's Day saving strategies. If money was no object, what would you give your sweetheart on Feb. 14? People in our area had some interesting answers -- everything from a massage for two to champagne and strawberries to flowers, preferably roses. But not everyone has a big budget for love this year.
