Want to look like you've lost weight or that you have a sleeker appearance? Well, CBS 2 HD has some secrets that can help.

From sleek dresses to fitted jackets and pencil skirts this fall's tailored looks aren't the most forgiving of fashions.
But now, there's a revolution in undergarments to help. They'll have you looking slim and trim in the latest styles.
Since the invention of the girdle in the early 1900s women have been struggling to find the perfect undergarment.
"It's not comfortable."
"Doesn't matter how high you pull it up, it all rolls down."
"It's hard to breathe right."
All are common complaints. Then, in 2002, an undergarment innovation made its debut. It was called Spanx and considered the secret weapon of celebrities and models. Spanx shapewear can shave several inches off a body without diet or exercise.
"I've always wanted to help women," Spanx creator Sara Blakely said. "It's ironic to me and very humorous that the way I'm going to be able to do that is by first helping their butts."
Today, Spanx is not alone. There are dozens of undergarment entrepreneurs, all coming out with new products that work not only to tighten your bottom line, but also fix your whole figure.
"Sixty-three percent of women site their arms as their trouble spot," said Flabuless inventor Lee Anne Stevenson. "However there is no garment to address this issue."
Until now. Introducing recently unveiled Shapewear by Flabuless.
"We are able to remove 1 3/4ths to 2 inches off the arm," Stevenson said.
It works like a girdle for your triceps and biceps.
"You're going to that great holiday party, you throw that strapless or sleeveless dress on and put that on and look great and put together," Stevenson said.
It looks like just a top but is there a secret inside?
"There is a very special secret inside," Stevenson said.
Then there's the Slimming Solution -- a new line of sportswear with built-in panels designed to control and minimize your trouble spots.
"Rather than having to go to an intimate apparel department and then to a sportswear department, we put the two technologies together," Hope Brick said.
They have created a full line of clothes that control -- from tops and skirts to pants retailing at about $45. And there's quite a difference. Each of the women CBS 2 HD profiled traded in their usual looks for a new Slimming Solution style.
"It's about feeling confident, sexy, beautiful and ready to take on the world," Brick said.
These products range in price, starting at about $20 and run upwards of $100.
