The first significant snowfall of winter finally fell in New York City, arriving bright and early on Friday, Feb. 22, 2008. Up to 9 inches was expected in the city, with even higher accumulations to the north and east. CBS 2 Viewers were asked to send in their photographs of the winter storm.
