New Yankee Stadium Opening Day

A new era in New York Yankees baseball began in the Bronx on April 16, 2009. The new and improved Yankee Stadium hosted its first opening day, as the Yankees faced the Cleveland Indians on a beautiful spring day. Here's a look at some of the festivities from the historical day.
