New York Giants defensive end Justin Tuck was fined $7,500 by the NFL on Friday for his hit on Dallas quarterback Brooks Bollinger.
Tuck was called for roughing the passer in the fourth quarter last Sunday. The league determined that Tuck unnecessarily drove Bollinger to the ground. Tuck fell with his full body weight on the quarterback.
In the victory, Tuck had 2 1/2 sacks.
