Katie Couric Part Of Super Bowl Team On CBS

PASADENA (CBS) ― The "CBS Evening News" anchor will contribute a feature to CBS' four-hour Super Bowl pregame show February 4, the network says. She also will anchor the evening news from Miami on the Friday before the game. Miami is the site of the Super Bowl this year.

Couric's tentatively scheduled to do a feature on Pittsburgh receiver Hines Ward and his Korean heritage. CBS will also send Randy Cross to Iraq to watch the game with American troops and deliver reports.
