Caught On Tape: Attorney Demands Sexual Favors

Female Client Harrassed On More Than One Occasion

NEW YORK (CBS) ― This past summer, a woman was referred to a lawyer to represent her in a car accident case. But what she experienced in the meetings with that 72-year-old attorney later led her to file a formal criminal complaint with the NYPD.

Fearing no one would believe her, she took in a hidden camera and CBS 2 has the tape. We need to warn you, the subject matter of this story is for mature audiences only.

The woman's accusations about her former attorney have sparked a criminal investigation. The case is supported by a hidden camera recording of an exchange between attorney and client.

The 47-year old woman -- who has asked CBS 2 not to reveal her identity -- claims that during her initial visit to lawyer Allen Isaac, he asked her for oral sex as part of his fee for taking her personal injury case.

"He said I'm going to want oral sex from you. I'm going to want it twice before the case begins, then I'm going to want it every week after if I get you a very good result," she said.

Isaac, who has been practicing law for nearly five decades, is a senior partner at Gladstein & Isaac, a Wall Street firm. The woman confronted Isaac during her third visit. This time she recorded audio. The following is an exchange about his request for oral sex:

Man: "Something special, 30 seconds of pleasure. Thirty seconds a big deal?"

Woman: "You're not my boyfriend. We've never gone out."

Man: "So? So?"

Woman: "And you're my lawyer, representing me on my case."

Man: "And I never went out with you either. "

Later in the meeting, the woman says she felt intimidated by Isaac:

Man: "What did I ask you for a simple what?"

Woman: "A -------."

Man: "And I get this speech. Am I going to get it?"

Man: "What's the answer?"

The client, who had been injured in an auto accident, claims the alleged abuse also got physical last July during a second visit to Isaac's Wall Street office.

"I was leaning over, upset and he put his hand inside my bra and grabbed my breast and I pulled back and I said what are you doing and he just kind of laughed it off," the woman said.

The woman reported the alleged assault to police, but after months passed with no arrest, she decided to make a third appointment with Isaac, this one in October. She went in armed with a video camera hidden in her pocketbook:

Woman: "You put your hand on my breast. You grabbed my behind and you asked me for a blow job."

Man: "You're my friend. Cause you were something special. Do you think I would do this for any client?"

CBS 2 made several attempts to speak with Allen Isaac, but he did not respond to any of our inquiries.

When asked why she continued to go back to the attorney, even though she clearly was made to feel uncomfortable by him, the woman said: "Because when I went to that attorney he told me I was stuck."

The woman claims that no other attorney was willing to handle her personal injury case. She said her allegations against Isaac made the other lawyers reluctant. The woman admits she has initiated a handful of lawsuits, which she says were all accident-related. This case, she says, is all about justice.

"I want him to stop, because I thought about it. If that was my daughter that it was happening to or somebody else, I wanted this man to stop," she said. "He took advantage of my disability and my vulnerability and that's pathetic."
