Nixzmary's Family To Sue ACS

NEW YORK (AP) ― Relatives of Nixzmary Brown will announce today that they're suing the Adminstration for Children's Services.

They claim ACS investigated Nixzmary's family several times but did nothing to save her.

The 7-year-old girl was found dead in her Brooklyn apartment, last month.

Her stepfather, Cesar Rodriguez, and her mother, Nixzaliz Santiago, are charged with second-degree murder.
