If the words "smells good" and Coney Island don't naturally come to mind when spoken together, well, think again.
A New York City perfumery is launching a fragrance named after the Brooklyn neighborhood famous for its hot dogs, amusements and beaches.
Bond Number Nine already has 27 fragrances named after New York neighborhoods, including Chinatown and Bryant Park. But this is the first time that the company has developed a fragrance named after a Brooklyn neighborhood.
The company says the fragrance smells like Margarita mix, tequila, chocolate, caramel, cedar wood and cinnamon.
Bond Number Nine President Laurice Rahme says the company decided on Coney Island because of the new development there.
The fragrance is expected to hit shelves in time for summer.
