NEW YORK (CBS) ― New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle and his flight instructor Tyler Stanger were killed Oct. 11, 2006, when their small plane veered into a high-rise on the Upper East Side, raining flaming debris on sidewalks and briefly raising fears of another terrorist attack.
