6 Firefighters Injured In Manhattan Blaze

NEW YORK (CBS) ― Six firefighters and one civilian suffered minor injuries in a blaze at a Harlem apartment building Saturday morning.

The fire forced dozens of people into the cold. It started around 1:30 a.m. and was extinguished at around 3 a.m.

Officials said the blaze started on the second floor of the five story building at Amsterdam and 146th street.

It took firefighters nearly 90 minutes to bring it under control.
