Two Rider University fraternity members charged with aggravating hazing have been accepted into a program that could keep their records clean and avoid prison.
Dominic Olsen and Adriano DiDonato agreed to three years probation, alcohol counseling, fines and penalties of about $200 each. If they do not meet the conditions, they could still face trials.
Both were officers in Phi Kappa Tau, which has since been disbanded on campus.
The charges stem from the binge-drinking death of a pledge in March.
A third man charged in the case, Michael Torney, was not eligible for the pretrial program. He turned down a plea deal and is awaiting trial.
