A gas explosion rocked through a 3-story building in Queens on Wednesday, which the FDNY said caused a three-alarm fire.
The FDNY says it inspected a home in Queens shortly before it exploded last week, killing one elderly woman and injuring 5 firefighters.
Sixty-nine-year-old resident Kunta Oza's funeral was held Saturday at the Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home in the Sunnyside neighborhood. She died in Wednesday's blast.
Consolidated Edison has said that the explosion was caused by gas that leaked from a cracked main.
The FDNY said they found no evidence of a natural gas leak.
The utility company says it is investigating what caused the gas main to crack.
