Divorce Papers Show McGreeveys Fight Over daughter

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) ― Court papers show money remains an issue in the divorce of former Governor McGreevey and his estranged wife. Dina Matos McGreevey wants the nation's first openly gay governor to pay more than an equal share of their daughter's counseling costs.

The judge is the case ordered an equitable split in psychotherapy costs for the 5-year-old.

But Matos McGreevey wants a two-thirds, one-third split, because she says McGreevey earns twice as much as she does.

The pair also are feuding over who should drive Jacqueline to McGreevey's house for visitations.

McGreevey said he'd do all the driving for Tuesday overnight visits if his wife agreed -- as he put it to -- "stop toying with me and playing with whether I was going to get visitation or not." She declined.
