Isiah Thomas may be in major trouble in his sexual harassment trial after the jury asked a judge for information that leads experts to believe it is siding with the woman who lodged the complaint.

Anuka Brown Sanders had a larger than usual smile on her face while Knicks coach Isiah Thomas looked more tense.
The jury tipped its hand announcing it's deadlocked on only one of the nine counts in the lawsuit -- the question of whether Isiah Thomas will pay extra punitive damages for creating a hostile work enviornment at the Garden, which means they have decided "yes" on the question of whether or not he aided and abetted such activity.
It also means they already decided whether Madison Square Garden chairman Jim Dolan retaliated against Sanders by firing her because of the charges.
Legal experts warn that until the verdict is in officially, it is dangerous for one side to assume victory.
"I would absolutely wait... It looks like the jury has decided to to find Isiah Thomas, the Garden and Cablevision liable," labor attorney Joe Sullivan said.
At this point, it definitely looks bad for the NBA franchise which starts practice Tuesday without its coach. Stephon Marbury, who's actions figured in the case, says he's hoping it all goes away.
"You're talking about a a civil lawsuit. Somebody's trying to make some money and you're talking about basketball. When we start ball hopefully that's what people will concentrate on," Marbury said.
The jury will be deciding only if Thomas should pay punitive damages. The judge will set an amount at a later date.
