New Jersey's largest city is rolling up the red carpet and red caps for Conan O'Brien.
The "Tonight Show" host poked fun last week at a new health care program in Newark, saying it consisted of a bus ticket out of the city.
Newark Mayor Cory Booker fired back with a humorous response on YouTube.
Booker announced the creation of a no-fly zone for O'Brien at Newark Liberty International Airport.
He invited the comedian to use New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport, which is notoriously congested.
Booker deadpans: "Try JFK, buddy."
Booker was elected mayor on May 9, 2006.
