NYPD Asks For Assistance In Tracking Bank Robber

NEW YORK (AP) ― The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a bank robbery that occurred in the confines of the 103rd precinct on Tuesday in New York City.

Police said on Tuesday at approximately 11:42 at 204-12 Hillside Avenue, the suspect entered the Capital One Bank and approached a teller and demanded money. The suspect then fled the location with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5-foot-10. He was said to be wearing a black du-rag with large dark sunglasses.

The NYPD is urging anyone with information to call CRIMESTOPPERS at (800) 577-TIPS.
