Plane Flips Over In Hampton, N.J. Field

No Injuries Reported; Pilot Missed Landing At Nearby Airport

HAMPTON, N.J. (AP) ― State police say a small plane crashed and overturned in a field in Hampton.

Sgt. Stephen Jones says no one is injured.

The plane missed landing at a nearby airport.

Jim Welch of the Hampton Fire Department says fire and first aid units are on the scene, a few miles north of Interstate 78 in Hunterdon County.

The accident is under investigation.
