Queens Woman Expecting Sextuplets

Digna Carpio Pregnant With 2 Girls, 4 Boys

NEW YORK (CBS) ― A family in Queens is preparing to add a few members to their team, sextuplets to be exact.

Victor and Digna Carpio tried for years to have a little brother or sister for their seven-year-old son.

About five months ago, after taking fertility drugs, Digna found out she was pregnant with two girls and four boys.

For now, the Carpios plan to squeeze into their three bedroom house in Whitestone.

It's is only the second time that sextuplets will be born in New York.
