NJ Man Shot To Death
EAST ORANGE, N.J. (CBS) ―
Police are investigating the early morning shooting death of a 19-year-old East Orange man.
Davione Warren was shot just before 1 a.m. Monday morning.
Paul Loriquet, a spokesman for the Essex County Prosecutor's Office, says investigators are looking at who may have fired multiple shots at Warren. He was pronounced dead at University Hospital.
Authorities were alerted to the shooting by a gunshot detection system and calls to the police.
East Orange had a population of at least 69,824, as of the last census.
