Surveillance video captured what appears to be a black male punching out a 101-year-old woman inside a vestibule in Jamaica Hills on March 4. That same man is also wanted in connection with an assault and robbery of an 85-year-old woman a half-hour later.

Don't mess with the city's elderly. That's the message that advocates tried to get out yesterday as police continued the manhunt for a mugger who attacked two senior citizens, including a 101-year-old.
Retired NYPD Detective Marq Claxton of 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care says his organization wants to make the elderly a protected class. He says senior citizens should be served by enhanced protections, just like children.
Claxton's group is offering a one-thousand-dollar reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man who attacked the two elderly women last week.
Rose Morat, 101, was attacked on her way to church. She suffered a broken cheekbone. Her assailant took off with $33.
